Certificate Request Forms and Program Fee

Certificate Request Form

Upon completion of a certificate program students must submit the appropriate Certificate Request Form to the Continuing Education office via email at cedquestions@uta.edu. The Continuing Education office will verify the student's completion status and send the certificate to the addresses on record. Please Note: The $50.00* program fee must be paid in order to receive an overall certificate.

Program Fee

There is a $50.00* certificate program fee which must be submitted prior to the completion of the second course in the certificate series. Payment can be made by selecting a program fee below. This fee is non-refundable.

*Some certificate programs have different policies, procedures, and fees. See below.

Executive Administrative Assistant Certificate Program

Executive Administrative Assistant Certificate Program requires the completion of an admission application and submittal of a current resume prior to a student beginning the program. The application fee is $99.00 and nonrefundable. This fee includes the program fee and exit typing test fee.

Paralegal Certificate Program

The Paralegal Certificate Program requires the completion of an admission application prior to a student beginning the program. The application fee is $75.00. This fee includes the program fee and application review fee.
