Alternative Dispute Resolution
This course provides participants with knowledge of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADS) system used to end disputes in many areas of both personal and business matters. The focus of these this course is on the actions of an arbitrator during a property tax value appeal through the Texas Comptroller's office.
