Workplace Violence Program
Violence directed at employees is occurring in all work settings across the country in alarming numbers and is a major concern for employers and employees. Part I of the series covers current OSHA guidelines, hazard awareness, and proactive prevention and management strategies. Part II focuses on active participation and individual assessment with feedback. Both series focus on the SAMA (Satori Alternatives to Managing Aggression) training and certification in de-escalation techniques and are an excellent opportunity for anyone from front-line employees to management and security personnel.
