COMING SPRING 2024
Once all four certificate courses are completed participants will qualify for the Brewery and Fermentation Internship at a DFW brewery.
Participants will work with and learn from real brewing professionals to gain first-hand to gain experience and industry connections. This includes work related to the brewhouse, QA/QC lab, brewery automation, CIP and sanitation, packaging and line management, compliance, maintenance, raw materials procurement, and handling.
Each participant must complete at least 16 working hours at a predetermined brewing facility based upon availability to earn the overall certification.
